Carl got round this by registering the Domain Name through the owner of the pub...
Sadly the court was probably not made aware of this, if it had then the website would most definitely been pulled by the ISP due to the court order and restriction
I might print all the website pages and forward them to the PFS, a restrospective order could then probably be applied

I was told about this at the end of March. Apparently all funds are still in a bank account and our models are safe. He should be out by March next year. If anyone is a customer on here then feel free to PM me.

Without wishing in any small way to condone or excuse Carl Peplow, we don't know the full facts so let's not speculate (and certainly not make threats).
Hopefully the mods will edit and lock this thread so that only the significant details are included.

From what I can see no one has made any threats.
As for the facts..... the article seems to present the facts very clearly.... remember 'even' if he is just at the end of the chain of looking and downloading pictures that very act feeds the activities of those at the other extreme and ends up with peoples lives being ruined forever and not just for 12 months.
Also not quite sure about the word 'speculate'.... we already know that he has been found guilty of this act and spent 24months in jail for it.

Plus being placed on the Sexual Offenders Act afterwards for such a sentence then follows for such an an offence like this afterwards, the order excludes using a computer for any purposes (for a specified amount of time)
Such offenders get round this by moving around the country (and this may be what is being referred to)

Yes I was hosting it and have pulled it when I was made aware of the facts.
Beyond hosting it I can't really add anything to the discussion - he simply vanished and I wasn't aware of his past or the current situation.

Many thanks, that will save people from sending enquiries and orders, to receive nothing back for the next (up to) 10 months
