Hi Grahame,

Can you tell me if you have any issue 3 left, and if so, whats the combined cost of issue 3 and issue including postage.

Thanks

Yes, issue #3 is still available. If you send a cheque for £5 (or £5 note at your risk) and a note to say you want issues #3 & #4 (with your address) I'll post back both together.

Arrived today. 9 days from posting a cheque to arrival in the USA. That's great service to match the content. Super reading. Especially liked the Hedges Hill Cutting photos and the bus modification article. Many thanks!

After getting a chance to read mine last night I must say these are top quality stuff, although it has now cost me a few quid on buses :), although I've gone for a pair of Dennis Trident and Dennis Dart. I'm guessing the alterations will be very similar. I'll have to post pics of how I get on with them 8)

The CW Dennis Dart actually has a Plaxton Pointer2 body so can be converted in to what are very common buses in the UK. They come in a lot of lengths; 8.8m "Mini Pointer Dart" (MPD), 9.3m, 10.1m, 10.7m, 11.3m "Super Pointer Dart" (SPD). IIRC the CW model is the SPD with double doors and roof mounted AC unit which needs filing off. The shorter single door version (in the pic below) was made by cutting and shutting and inserting a new glazing strip. I repainted them in to LT livery as they come in a white/green HK livery;
