For the record, I also have an oustanding order with Hattons. T'is my first order from them, and I chose them over Rails as I understood them to be better.
I ordered on the 21st, then had an email telling me they'dtaken my money the day after, and nothing since.

I don't think it's still a backlog...

Your order might just show up one day :P I have no idea what they are doing but I trust their system! so i'll leave them be for a while

well hopefully they will soon. Im getting tired of waiting. Antics might be higher priced but they get their stuff shipped and delivered to me within two weeks!

I placed an order on the 11th. It has taken them untill the 22nd to debit my card and still the order hasn,t arrived. I work away all week so tend to order stuff at the weekend. Hattons usually take about a week to deliver so it comes whilst I'm away (You don't get impatient then!!) But this is getting a bit much.

Time for a call regardless of cost and an explanation. Perhaps a discount is in order?

I would do that Jeremy, I think its getting a bit beyond a joke now!

You should get a discount in my opinion for two reasons:

A) How long you've been waiting!
B) For the cost of you having to ring them!

Good luck! :?

Do you know how much it costs per minute! You should make Hatton's pay for the call!

You could try reverse charge!
