Not sure but I think trades under the name Spot on Models & Games on the High Street and Models & Hobbies on EBay.
Anyway, have to say I have had brilliant service regarding a faulty loco. None of the usual nonsense about 'what have you done?' 'Have you returned it to Hornby' etc, etc? Nope, straight to the point,if you have a problem with the loco, return it to us and we'll sort the problem.
So, its currently with them and they let me know it arrived in the post this morning. Deffo give them a recommendation.
