I did phone them up, Eagle, and confirmed with DCC Supplies that they are still trading and they advised me to get him to send them another email.

I then asked him to advise when he gets a reply.

They can be very hard to contact by phone and their email/log in systems leave a lot to be desired. I have tried all day every 15 mins and repeatedly got the same recorded message. They give the appearance of being busy but often I wonder

I've received an email reply from DCC Supplies. They apologize for failing to respond to my follow ups, but stated that the lady was recovering from an operation and that they had had a few issues to sort out.

The CMX order that arrived at their shop at the end of January had only comprised of the large scale model. It is possible that the OO version will arrive at their premises by the beginning of April..... I'll contact them again then if I hear no more from them by then.

I can only reiterate that at no time did I say they were closing down & that, considering all the circumstances, questioning their status here was a reasonable course of action.
