What is the procedure to make a payment for an item bought on the classified site ??

You need to come to an agreement with the seller.

First, have you read the Terms and Conditions?

Essentially, it is between vendor and purchasers to agree how payment will be made, (and whatever method of delivery will be used for the purchased items).
