:D Hello all. Just getting the hang of this forum... Working on some ideas for a model train layout so I'll post as I go along the line...

I like the idea of the modern and futuristic concepts for railways, trains and the landscape. As an alternative to high speed planes etc. Why mot make high speed trains.

I once saw a start of a futureistic layout. It was a board with no scenery and had tree scratchbuilt bodies on Hornby 0-4-0 locos which were unpainted. It was in 7mm narrow gauge. It was added as an afterthought in a small model railway exhibition at Corris one year. I dont know if things progressed on the idea since. Would be interesting to find out. Welcome to the forum and nice idea you have there. :)
