The lot I bought two or three years ago said on the web site that it was 99.9%. I paid a similar price. Check the availability, there will be all sorts of people trying to buy ATM.

If its £10 for 5 litres then its definitely a scam advert and they will never deliver. At the moment IPA should be 1 litre for £12 or thereabouts as demand goes up so will the price. There are many adverts on eBay supposedly for 99.9% IPA but its fake. If its cheap its NOT IPA. IPA is used in the mfg of the hand sanitising gel which is why the price is high.
If you do buy some make sure the seller is in UK not China, the seller's address is usually at the bottom of the listing. If the sellers name is just random letters/numbers, it is likely a scam.

As I use IPA a lot for 3D printing, I can tell you price has doubled due to demand in sanitizer, also supply is problematic...
A 1 Litre bottle in January cost £6.75, now its £18

Funnily enough there's an advert at the bottom of this page at the moment for IPA @ £9.99 for 100ml.

Last time I bought a 5 litre can of IPA from a chemical supplier it was £35, which makes it £7 per litre plus vat.

I also use Acetone, MEK and Ethyl Acetate, and they are all in the same ball park price-wise.

IPA seems to have dropped in price now that the panic for sanitiser has eased.
