Postby joshs » Sat Oct 26, 2019 8:14 am

Can anyone remember what the 00 gauge could of been p4 layout was called that was featured in railway modeller magazine years ago it was a suburban terminus with a small freight yard the station canopy was made out of the airfix kits and the model railway was based around the 50's 60's there was one picture in the article that always stood out it was a pristine class 25 with a take of two BE MK1 suburban coaches weathered.

I was thinking possibly 'Victoria Park' ? Class 25 and P4 sounds a little like a Ian Futers layout.

I have been checking some of Ian Futers layouts and yes Victoria Park is O gauge. Looking at other layouts, his. Diesel layouts tended to be O gauge. His OO/P4. layouts were predominately steam ones.

Hopefully you find the right layout.
