Cab crew.

Postby crazypotter » Mon Jul 08, 2019 4:34 pm

Hi all. Just bought a class 122 bubblecar and intend to fit a chip. Whilst I've got the body off I will fit a few passengers and a seated driver. Any recommendations where I can purchase some decent figures. Scenecraft etc seem so expensive and I don't need a cab crew set as you would use in a steamer. Cheers.

Have a look at this crazypotter. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=48416&hilit=bubble
I bought figures from china via ebay. Very cheap and 100 in the pack. They were 1:87 but the tiny size difference did'nt matter for internal seating.
They were multi-colour and I painted over some of them.
Here's an example but this listing is confusing as it states "Quantity 1" but is that 1 bag of 100 or literally 1 figure?

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Hmm that listing actually looks like 1 figure ! There are a lot of OO scale figures on ebay, as E2E says very cheap, they are usuallu either unpainted or the colours are not suitable (men in pink suits) but give them a quick brush and they come out fine, for seated figures you wouldn't have to be to fussy.
