Fast delivery

Postby JohnDisdle » Thu May 23, 2019 5:05 pm

I ordered some Backman wagon wheels from Kernowmodelrailcentre last Thursday. They were posted Friday, and I received them Saturday morning.

Now that’s very fast...

I ordered a soldering iron from Antex on Monday, got an email on Tuesday morning to say that it had been posted and I received it at noon the same day.
Pete.
Gauge is not spelt guage. Remember to put another "m" in remeber. Manufacturers has two "r"s in.
When you buy something, you have bought it, not brought it.
Before you post, are you really LOL and do you NEED to tell us?

I used to think that Hattons were top of the game for fast delivery and good prices. Then I discovered that most of the time, nowadays they're definitely not.

My go-to suppliers for run-of-the-mill rolling stock, track, landscaping materials etc now are Track Shack, Derails, Model Railways Direct, New Modellers Shop and Jacksons Models and Railways, all of which have proved brilliant for rapid delivery and very good prices. For paints, it's Scalemodelshop.
