Could be a gatehouse to a coal yard or a weighbridge office. I have no idea what the part number would be.

Hello Ian
As Forfarian said it is the Weighbridge hut, originally it came with the scales too. Catalogue number is R8588.

Many thanks for your fast replys, I bought a small job lot online all new or pre loved, just looked at the part number you have provided on google and you are right it has scales, I will try to source it if not it would look good anywhere on my layout.

Again THANK YOU
