Peco do both, though their "wired track" has the fishplates wired! I suppose it's easier than having to cut a hole in the web and try to solder on a wire during manufacturing...
There's some really specialised stuff showing up, it's becoming like a "wants" thread! I doubt if a manufacturer would be in business very long if they went with some of the requests!
If you were a model railway manufacturer, what would you make?

Oh I meant soldered on and just folded over and down the nearest sleeper gap rather than an actual hole.
