DCC Concepts customer service

Postby raistlin295 » Tue May 14, 2013 12:11 pm

Hi all,

Has anybody ever sent an e-mail to DCC Concepts asking for technical advice please?

I've sent them a total of four now and not even had an acknowledgement.

I guess one or maybe two might have got lost but I'm now a bit concerned.

Any views please?

I sent them a couple when some new decoders went pop. I got the same response as you. I know the ?owner posts on Rmweb from time to time - possibly worth a try

He's frequently on model rail forum and is often away on business.

If you can't ring him, I would put a comment on model rail forum - he answers those very quickly. LOL

I've had my reply :)

Richard provided some very welcome news for those of us using Cobalt motors and Switchpilots.
