Track planning with Anyrail

Interesting video but is this a layout you are building?
The red sections in the plan are gradients over 3%. Your trains will struggle to get up slopes over 3%. Some of the grades are over 7%.
Yellow sections are curves with less than 11" radius (28.2cm). One tight curve is 4.38cm
The clearances of track under the bridge are 3.81cm, as written in the circles. I would not go under 5cm clearance for n scale.
I like the 3D design for the girder bridge though.
