Help with measurements needed

Postby End2end » Mon May 11, 2020 2:16 pm

I am trying to draw a design for a laser cut control panel but I just can't seem to work out one of the measurements.
Can anyone work out the missing "???" figure please?
All measurements are in inches. (feel free to convert them to cms / mm if needs be)

I make it 11.75", based on Pythagoras.

So 12 squared =144 (9-2) squared = 49 so the other side is the square root of 144-49 = 9.74679, add the 2 = 11.75"

This Signature Left Intentionally Blank, but since I have written this and I intended to do it, this Signature is intentionally not blank. Paradox or What?
