Re: The Grockle Garden Railway
Was brave, got caught trying to lift the metal biscuit tin away from the house into the shed by her indoors (the wife). Must now find another means of either loosing the tin or having to part with bear tokens and paying for a six inch square piece of tinplate.

Re: The Grockle Garden Railway
To avoid the rolling pin I would part with the beer tokens!

Re: The Grockle Garden Railway
Tinplate sourced from another railway modeller so no parting of bear tokens required. Part has been made and is now in situ. Took me nearly a whole day just to get it right but worth it in the long run as apart from looking new it will do the job it was designed for. Pictures have been added to the Project Album along with three new pictures of my latest purchase for the GGR which is in the GGR Fleet album.
As always enjoy and comments if so so desire.

Re: The Grockle Garden Railway
Hey, you could have shown some imagination and had the HST hauling Hornby 4-wheeled coaches!thomas the plank engine wrote:

Do you have a companion set of an LNER-liveried A4 hauling BR Mk3s?
