Hi all,
I set up my deck model railway today and it is going pretty well. I'm not sure if I can run trains when it is raining so any answers are welcome and any other information.

Depends how heavy the rain is. I've seen one keep running whilst the owner followed the train around with a watering can. I think you may decide to stop running before the trains do!
Growing old, can't avoid it. Growing up, forget it!

Yes of course. now I have set up 2 mainlines or is it something else? Not good at these railway terms and a siding. I'm not sure how to upload images so how do you?

Re: New 00 Deck Railway
My garden layout is now just under 10 years old and I will run trains in the rain only if the rain is light and doesn't last long. I tend to not run superdetail locos & coaches in the rain and just run some of more robust locos particularly Hornby railroad stuff. I would not recommend running tains in the rain for too long. Heavy rain is a definite no, no.
Incidentally, I can and have run trains in snow!

A bargain is something you really don't need at a price that's completely irresistible!!
