I have a Piko French BB67431 diesel engine (ref, 95165) with a damaged bogie. The paperwork tells me that I need to purchase part 95151-09 but I am having trouble finding this. Any ideas please?

Are you comfortable dealing with a retalier not in the UK? Under 8 Euros for the piece strikes me as a good price, shipping is likely to be as much again.
