HURST MODELS

Hi all,

does anyone know of a telephone number for Hurst models. I cannot find one on the website.

I placed an order in late december, money promptly taken out, several email requests sent
during the past month to see what has happened to my order with no reply................... ! ?

any ideas anyone ?

If paid by Credit Card contact Cardholder, even Debit Cardholder they will advise/help.

latest is ive finally had an email (looks automated) stating it has been despatched, and sorry for delay - but no reason...........so will give it a few more days.

Odd, as I placed an order last week and it arrived the following day
Glasgow Queen Street Model Railway layout : modern image N gauge using DCC

Hurst Models are quick enough to take your money, but very slow at delivering the items you have paid for. I took me over a year to get the ten or so items that I had paid for. I think its very much a one man and his dog outfit in the garden shed. I have telephone numbers for them, taken from my invoice :- 0161/835 3471 & 07973/982504. Whether these are still live , I have no idea.

just to advise my etched sides arrived.............3 and half months late ! it was posted 2 months late but 'apparently' got lost in the post / wrong address or some rubbish excuse.

wont be buying from them again.
