Re: Waterslide transfers

Email John Peck at Precision Labels, he will probably make the numbers for you.

It would be better to change the whole number rather than just one digit.

Re: Ebay madness again

I guess the basic models cost £300. Unless he was fortunate to buy all the coaches from littlewoods at £12 each, then he's in heaven. Good luck to him I guess. I guess with the coaches selling at £50 plus each then it's not too bad, plus as previously said some mods that will certainly make it stand...

Re: Hornby 2013 speculation thread

Limited opportunities for the modern image modeller, mostly new liveries as all the models are covered. But I was really hoping for an upgraded Class 59, but who know's, maybe an opportunity for Bachmann as the 66's are so good. Another disappointment and it's already been said but it's a shame ther...

Re: Dccing the Class 170

Be careful, have thought about it myself but read about problems with the lights overheating and swelling the body around the lenses.

Suggest you add a DCC light set as well.

This stalled me from doing it for a while.

There is a DCC lighting kit from Express Models at £24.

Re: Bachmann Class 350 and Hornby Select Controller

Try a Hornby Sapphire decoders in to it, I had to do the same with my Class 350 and MPV and they both run a treat. :D :D

Re: Hornby Class 67

What is so disappointing is the fact that they have had plenty of opportunity to get things right with this release, especially being a new model.

It will make people edgy in an already difficult market, even put people off buying a Hornby Class 67 at all when the model is quite nice actually.
