Re: Idiotic question I know...But?

153's are very often seen with a 156 set, not seen two 153's together but I'm not saying they dont run together.

They do run as single units in Worcester tho'...

Re: Class 56 lights not working

Is this issue you explained a variable thing or if the light module doesn't work it doesn't work ? I did send one back to ROS, but it must be a different issue to the one I experienced as I had one end that didn't work in either direction until I sat the body on correctly, that one nearly went back ...

Re: Class 56 lights not working

I had loads of issues with the same loco I bought. I think they upgraded the contacts after this model on both the 56 and 60. You just have to ensure the contacts look straight and not over bent and hope they meet.. Also make sure the body is sat on the loco correctly. My loco was ok oiut of the box...

Re: Guess the price!!

You'd have thought the seller would have sold it all as individual lots. You seem loose value in job lots.. A nice collection although a bit confusing where it sais all is DDC fitted "professionally" and yet there are items detailed as DCC ready ? Not modern enough for me but I bet someone...

Re: 47975

I thought you may all be interested in the answer from Bachmann :- The Bachmann Collectors' Club commissions its own limited edition models which tend to sell out very quickly. I trust that this will enable anyone who wants to buy this model to do so Dennis Lovett In the past I would agree with him...

It seems to be selling well, lots of shops sold out / not in stock, unless they haven't had their delivery yet.

Re: Class 92 - ever again?

Would be a nice addition to the range in the Stobart livery, a Class 92, would it sell ??

Also the curtain sided stobart container wagons aren't manufactured as yet..

Not sure whether these are in the dapol OO range for this year ?

Re: Nice surprise!

Doesn't it normally say on the end of the box..

But also the product code is a give away XX-XXXDC is DC onboard and XX-XXXDS is DCC sound on-board...

The newer boxes also have the 8 or 21pin decoder symbol..

Re: 47975

What a strange move for Bachmann to do this ?

Plain livery but nice loco, had a Lima model of Aviemore ??? in the same livery was one of my fav's...

Makes a mockery of the collectors club, I also hope the club models will be better this year than the ones released in 2009 !!

Re: Bachmann tamper is out

Hi ladies/gents, Just got one of these today, all i can say is superb! Great detail and fairly easy to chip, i have used a n gauge chip as the motor is small, but fitting light is going to be another matter! Found it in my local model shop, checked Hattons etc and cant see them on there yet. And fo...

Re: Lima 67

I had one of those many years ago, it was 67002 which was also difficult to find due to the broken body issue.

It went back to Holt and then to the railway scrap yard in the sky..

Best bet is to watch ebay for a chassis or replacement loco, or go for a second hand hornby model.
