Help please with video of dodgy runner

I've just taken a video of my newly-acquired Bachmann N Class running badly, and I'd like to upload it to somewhere so that you good people can take a look at it and tell me the likely cause of its malaise. But alas, this sort of thing is way out of my comfort zone. I've taken it on my Android phone...

B & H Models limited edition Bachmann wagons

Being originally from the county, I'd love to know what Lincolnshire private owner wagons have been commissioned by B & H Models of Lincoln. I've emailed them to ask if they can tell me where I might find a list, but I haven't been favoured with a reply, so - does anybody know of a likely altern...

N Class front coupling question

I have an N Class (32-163) from which I would like to remove the front couping, but it's not immediately obvious to me how that might be done. What's the secret?

Drummond 700 class question

I've managed to get myself a very nice secondhand Southern 700, about which all is fine and dandy except for the niggling fall plate. On this one it's angled up at about 15°which looks a bit daft. I've checked carefully and it doesn't need to be like that to clear anything when reversing through the...

Re: Birdcage question

OK, so it really is just a sort of halfway house to coach lighting! Seems weird to me that they'd go to the expense of the press tooling and fixtures to make and fit that gubbins to the bogies and then not actually take it any further, but hey, what would I know.

Re: Birdcage question

Well that's all I could think of, but I'm rather hoping somebody actually knows. I don't recall seeing anything about this in the bumph.

Birdcage question

I've only just noticed that the axles of my birdcage coaches run in metal pressings which have tabs that disappear up into the bogies. What's that in aid of then?

Aha!! Thanks for that explanation BIgmet. Now I finally understand how it does that!

Oh dear. Time perhaps to start preparing the ground with The Lady Wife so the next bank statement's not likely to be so much of a shock ...
