I have both Bachmann and Vitrains 37s my only issue is that my Vitrains do not have NEM pockets.

Although I can't shed any light on your particular problem. I know I have in the past named more than 1 loco with the same address (I think it was 3701)so it can be done. I didn't have any problem running both at the same time either. Both had different decoders in them. One was the older Baccy 21pi...

The cutting out never bothers me it is the gluing of all the sheets to card stock. I have trouble finding 1mm & 2mm stock so I use cereal card and then have to glue 2 sheets together to get about a 2mm thick piece.

I only have an 0-6-0 by Hornby (new Picadilly version) I use insulfrog points with the Hornby clips. Been running for almost 2 years now and not had any problems with points. I am using Code 100 Peco Streamline.

I have heard this some of the NYMR type buildings are smaller than the prototype and also smaller than previously released version.
