How did you make it??
Call in the signal maintainer it needs adjusting the arm should be at 45 degrees (or is it just the picture)
So that if the down rod breaks near the arm it returns to stop.

In a word Shellac Not pre mix make your own with shellac flakes and high grade meths, it needs to be thicker than the pre mix. Put this on the card parts until it will not soak up any more.
