hi ya dave with regard to your post about kadee couplings i have spoken to mg sharp and they have advised mew like evard junction has on here and that i need number 19 kadee as these fit directly onto bachmann locos and rolling stock and i think i will be going down the road of magnets in the track ...

hi ya guys i am looking at going for the kadees couplings as i know my railway is straight but i might eventually when i get the railway in the loft to make a helix and an incline so would that affect the kadees couplings in anyway and how do you decouple them as i have only ever used teh couplings ...

what a good layout you have there and nice to see a n gauge layout running on dcc mind you seems strange seeing a hornby controller being used for n gauage lol

hi ya guys tim yeah the peco tt is a good model and it does now have the motor and gear system which you can by seperate from peco for about a tenner so all iv got to work out is how to power the motor baring in mind i am using dcc and how also to power the rails on the tt itself and how to get it f...

hi ya guys yes tim i think that as well i mean i have got to the stage werei have laid my track got the points motorized and now all i want to do is play and learn to do a shunting program but not sure on how to do it and i still need to get my turntable so i can turn my steamers without my hand doi...

hi ya guys just a qucik update on my layout i am pleased to say that i had a lovely surprise this morning the postman has brought back my flying scotsman today back from repair at hornby so she has now had a decoder fitted and assigned a number and is now part of the fleet so here is a couple of pic...

hi tim and all yes there will be eventually a place were the steamers can be refueled with coal water and a place to drop there ash pans but that will be to the right hand side of the depot as the next board to go to the left of the depot will have a turntable and coal drop ash pit and a place were ...
