The first picture is really good, I like it! I saw Bittern at the MHR just after she had her first trial runs and re-paint and she looked wonderful, so great to her out on the mainline doing what she was designed for. Wonderful, but no Bulleid!

Looks cracking little layout! Always kind of fancied 009, but don't know too much about it.

I had a look at the early stages of this thread and some of the photos aren't there anymore....was one of them the trackplan as I'd be curious to see it....?

Well a little progress has been made. I finally got to painting the rails ( a first for me) and then did some ballasting of the viaduct track (dummy line) and the first section of line underneath. All went okay except the water spray I used prior to glueing saturated the card viaduct and made the br...

Another trip to Bluebell today with my boy. Not many pics really went more for the fun, but did manage to catch the diseasel shunter, freshly outshopped in BR blue (without decals). She is leaving the railway soon, the hire period being over. Not a bad pic from a moving train whilst holding on to a ...

Nice pics! I visited there last year for the first time and was very impressed with it. I liked the way the reailway seem 'complete' and happy with itself rather than constantly seeking to expand or collect more junk that will never be used. I took some footage and some stills, all rubbish, but may ...

Some new pics from today. GWR 1450 and Autocoach have been visiting the line this month, and as I have never seen one running I just had to have a ride!
