Re: 1st N gauge test track

I see it when I am at college pulling the sand train.... The Farish Class 57 Freightliner was only £29.99 so I could not resits that either... that has lots of extra bits in the boax as well?? Might be a long shot but with you saying sand train, you're not in the Mansfield area are you? PM me if y...

Re: Loxley Lane, 6x4, OO layout

LARGE INTAKE OF BREATH....BEGIN  Thanks for the advice guys, I'm gonna continue with Loxley Lane and sort the loft at the same time, i figure that, worst case scenario, when the move up top finally happens, I strip the layout and re-use all of the track and point motors etc on the new one. If i...

Re: Magnetic Uncoupling For Bachmann Couplings

Brian, you are a genius! I just did a quick search to see if i could find any info on the "Kaddee" (I think thats right,) couplings as they seem to be all the rage on the exhibition layouts and i stumbled accross this! :D :D Much cheaper than the Kaddee ones, no electromagnets to me...

Re: Loxley Lane, 6x4, OO layout

Re: Ninian Junction

Stephen, picked up this thread a couple of days ago, very similar trackplan to mine so i like it!  I really like what youve done with your points switches, i'm looking at something similar, i've got some on-off-on spdt centre biased switches on the way and I'm gonna fit hornby point moto...

Re: BomBaDillic's new 00 layout - Lodge Valley

That sleeper grime looks goood! :D I've made a note of itfor future ref. I actually think that that whole little sequence was just a smoke screen and your building up to some big reveal on your layout??? Getting jealous, but once i get the cork cut and laid, i've got 12 points motors to insta...
