Don't the council have a record of the business rates for the property. Is it a shop or a private property as you may find the sale details on Zoopla. Failing that a scout around local estate agents may point you in the right direction. Can't help more as I live far away in Berks

I use a set of glasses with 5 sets of lenses and a built in led. The magnification is from 1.0 to 3.5. There is no makers name just the number 9892b2 on the box. Is the layout effectively 2 concentric loops, or one loop with an extension loop at one end. If the former you need 2 controllers and points with insulating joiners to prevent shorts. If the latter one controller needs to be connected on the original loop outside of the new section. there are diagra...

Sounds like the power supply is wrongly positioned and is on the inner loop and is being isolated when you switch the points
