Re: Coach Interiors
My digital camer is pretty ancinet Terrier, it's a Fuji finepix A101 1.3 mega pixel, resoultion can be er um fuzzy! If you think your camera's not up to the job, you could use a scanner to scan printed material without too much loss of quality. See example below. http://images.fotopic.net/13kh40.jp...

Re: Coach Interiors
Tri-ang did some interiors for the clerestories but they are very hard to find alas. The only seating units I can find manufactured by Rovex Scale Models Ltd. for Tri-ang coaches are; R270 Seat Unit for T.C. Coaches and Cars ... 2/11d R271 Seat Unit for Diesel Railcars R157 and R158 ... 2/6d R272 A...

Re: DCC and DCC ready
Hi bud. "DCC Ready" means the loco has a socket fitted allowing you to add a DCC decoder to if you wish. "DCC On Board" means the loco already has a decoder fitted, but if it just says "DCC" I'm not sure what that would mean - presumably it's the same as "DCC On B...

Collectors generally want things close to or as they left the factory 40+ years ago. Exceptions are rare items which tend to fetch good money even in unboxed used condition. http://images.fotopic.net/yrsr2l.jpg 1968 RS51 Freightmaster set still sealed in the box http://images.fotopic.net/yoar2s.jpg...

Re: Hornby Class 25 (circa late 80's)
That would be correct, All Class 25's chassis's mfd between 1979 & 2001 would have used the same manufacturing moulds with the same part numbers except for the body would have had an extra number added to the roof to identify the mould/year it was produced. I have two Class 25's in my collection...

Re: Which hairspray?
What is the best brand that members have come across? I'm having a job finding a firm hold one that doesn't have an annoying perfume. (for modelling, I hasten to add. I haven't got sufficient hair to control...) Shaun. Sorry mate, I can't help you with your quest. But if you ask your sister, girlfr...

Re: Hornby Class 25 (circa late 80's)
Yes, but none had headlights fitted, just the headcode box, with or without the headcode or two dot blank code... I think the OP wants to add marker lights, similar to the Bachmann 25 - He has all the original parts for reinstating the existing headcode box lighting in the pictures above... Hornby ...

Re: Hornby Class 25 (circa late 80's)
The early versions of the blue and green Class 25 fitted with the headcode box had lights fitted to ilumate the headcode box. The later version of the blue Class 25 with the two white discs didn't have the lights fitted. K9-70 I have a green 25 'D7571' which had no lighting ..... Br Green, both mod...
