Yeah, it definitely needs adding more to it, remember that engineers will only drive a tunnel through a hill if its too big to blast a cutting or even just level it. The hill really needs to be solid looking. Alternatively, if you don't have room for a big hill... If you want to stick with what you'...

I agree, it was a great video and good to get an idea of the whole layout. You can see where its going and there's obviously still plenty of work to keep you amused for a long time to come.

Perhaps not but its impressive looking and a touch unusual - far from unprecedented though if you think of Newcastle where the ECML comes out of the station on a viaduct carrying it between the castle keep on one side and the castle gatehouse the the other.

Quite right too, why complicate things with too much wiring. I have a silly amount of points on mine and all set by hand - much more fun that way as well

Yeah, those little bits of retaining wall are just the business. When you get around to the painting and weathering have you considered depicting them as old sleepers? Would fit in nicely with the rest of it.
