A cassette to store locos and rolling stock would make it easier to carry into the house, and easier to hide away. Also easier to hide your new acquisitions from SWMBO !

Wasn't there an LNWR loco that should have been named "Hornet" mistyped as "Horten", and 'corrected' to "Horton" on its nameplate ?

Using Peco N scale points and flexible track, I pinned it down to the plywood using 1/2" x No 2 screws. Much easier to move when not stuck down.

What a splendid collection of photos, thank you ! That recreation of the "Sealed Knot" is very well done, not surprising that the "World's End" layout was so popular.
