Some N track

Hi all. Has anyone got any spare bits of track for 'n' ? Thinking of a small side project for my son's and was going to get a few bits of track to make up and plan a small layout for them. Chapter the better tbh as I'm not sure this will definitely be the way forward for this. Straight sections, lar...

Re: Gateside and Northbridge

The natural light makes the colours look so much better don't you think. Give it a scale background and it would look quite realistic.
Keep up the good work Jim..

Re: Castell Mawr - A joint GWR/LMS route

Coming along nicely Geoff. Looking forward to seeing how much the water will improve that scene. Should really bring it to life. Also I shall steal the method you use if I like it! I've got my canal to do soon and when I get to the further stages I'll have a substantial river to create. So I'l...

Re: Hood-dale Main - V3 is imminent!!!

Cheers for the comments chaps. Glad you're liking the signal box, hoping to get on with it this evening. Have got a few more creature comforts to add to it yet also. :D Wood burning stove, tv and few other bits. Hood-dale companies look after their staff!! Jim, those frames are most certainly are fr...

Hi there.
Just read through your thread and have to say I'm impressed. Great detailing and you've got the cold dull feel down to a tee.
Shall be watching this in case you change it any. Keep up the great work.

Re: Hood-dale Main - V3 is imminent!!!

Hi all. Not had a lot of time to do much the past couple of days but managed to put a bit of the signal box kit together. Now I'm not the best modeller out there with kits and I must admit I am struggling with the fiddly side of it all due to large semi numb hands!!! Anyway, here's a pic of the prog...

Sorry Paul, still no sign of a railway but I did include a loco in a pic to attempt to please you  More board work today naturally, but quite a bit of it. Located the main section properly and started work on the dropped end which will be the canal basin. Glued and painted part 1 of the bridge ...

Re: My (N gauge) table football layout!

Hi there. Just spent the past hour reading through your thread, cracking stuff squire. Enjoyed it immensely. Keep saying I should do 'n' gauge but lack of sensitivity in my hands means I'd probably crush everything!! Anyway, keep up the great work and I'll be popping in frequently to follow ...

Re: MILLSEND WORKBENCH/BREAKFAST BAR

Hi Jim. Really like the look of the finished signal box. Let's hope I can get my version to look somewhere as good!
Need to buy some new glue first... oh and some new paint.. and probably a new pair of smaller more dexterous hands
