that it i mean the coaches are not the correct type anyway but will still look good as a preserved line special.
i looked at building the correct set but the cost is just bonkers

Thats pretty much like the one i built few years ago for my nephew. have hornnby announced if there will be more coaches avalable rather tha just in the pack at £160
its abit steap when i already have silverlink but would be a welcome addition an a nice sight too

i put a shuntyard in this one to stop the tail chasers an add some operation as id always just watched them go by.
any ideas are considered as im stuck the scenery is alremovable so can re use it

I had a card wall on my first ever layout in the loft an that was a cold and damp it did last a fewyears tho with a good sealent an matt varnish. however. i did replace it after that an used modeling clay. i did contact bachmann an they can supply an fit new motor workd out about £45 i only paid £65 for the loco new tho

iv not had a split frame loco apart but it cant be that fiddley right ?

how easy is it to replace the motor in one of there
i have a weathered one an sadly is decided to burn outthe motor after 12 months not a happy bunny
but its too nice a loco to be static im not on digital so no decodor problems

the magazine its self is garbage but works well as a paper mache material. the coaches are detailed down but bit of weatherng an running numbers an there a match for the more expensive mk 1s so i got a rake of 5 for less than one mix em up with the hornby ones an you cant really tell the differance ...
