If your going to be be sticking with the Hornsby Track mat plan which is not a bad starter your limited in which bits you can model. Hi guys thanks for the response I have no reversing loops on as it goes round the edge of the room with 2 main lines an couple of passing loops. So woukd I be better doing it that way with isolators on the track an dc controllers
As I have 4 dc controllers to use my dc locos on it and the
Nce power cab for the sound locos which caused the dcc switch

Hi all really odd question but Has anyone wired up a layout to run both do and dcc Obviously not at the same time. But how do I avoid the dcc controller sending power to the dc ones when not In use Also what about the points an current passing when on dc Not been an issue as on insulated frog points...

So I got the power cab before the prices went up
Hooked up a bit of track to have a play.
Programmed a loco but how do i access the sound functions
Can't seem to get anything but a horn on 1 button
