Re: Bufferstop's Bench Confessions of an Unrepentant Basher

I wish I had access to a scanner, I have every book published on the W&U line here, I could send you plans if only I could transfer them from my book to my pc.

Re: Bufferstop's Bench Confessions of an Unrepentant Basher

If you can get yourself to the North Norfolk railway, one of these coaches still exists there, so you don't have to settle for a similar style :)

Re: Bufferstop's Bench Confessions of an Unrepentant Basher

I love your version of a W&U bogie coach, I keep wanting to make one of my own as I cannot afford the brass kits, (assuming there are any left) but my sticking point atm is working out how to recreate the vents etc above the side windows. I don't think I'd be happy with any thing I could come up...

Re: Gantsville - Building an HO Inglenook

Just a small update, I've been playing with creating a row of bushes along the back, but I'm not sure if I'm happy with it or not. https://image.ibb.co/i1BCfw/Gantsville_bushes.jpg I need to trim some more of the hair that's poking out and there will be a row of trees in front of this so I'm not sur...

Re: Gantsville - Building an HO Inglenook

They're some good looking trees, I really need to get on and add some foliage to my 2 tree armatures I have here. There always seems to be something else taking up my time though.

Re: Gantsville - Building an HO Inglenook

All updated now with pictures reinstated, apart from the previous post, which I shall update after I've had some food. Thanks to having all these pictures in a single file on my pc, uploading and replacing the links wasn't too difficult, although I do feel sympathy for those with hundreds or even th...

Re: Budgetbrooke

I cannot thank Matt enough for what he's done here, I thought these would be lost forever. I am in the process of setting up alternative hosting, which I shall try and update Gantsville with, later this evening.

Re: Bachmann Junior diesel

How would £30 including postage sound? It's as new, I've never run it apart from a brief test to make sure it works. This was on DC as I don't have a dcc controller to hand atm.

Re: Mumbles Workbench

It's the initial outlay for a spray gun and compressor that worries me, especially if I don't get much usage out of it.

They look great, I have a few Cambrian kits assembled myself, although it's the painting that has halted me, as I am too worried about brush strokes.......
