Re: Whats happening with train fairs?

I used to go to train fairs about 15 years ago and rarely bought anything due to the ridiculous prices. And I never understood this "what's your best price?" nonsense.

Re: SCARM - Simple Computer Aided Railway Modeller

I'm planning a new layout and I thought I'd give SCARM a try. I'm struggling with making parallel curved flexi-track. The video on YouYube suggests that I can just use Copy and Paste, but I can't get that to work because the inner track needs to have a smaller radius, and a copy&paste gives trac...

"Please be advised that we did receive your postal order for issue number 40."

Sorry, Grahame, I didn't realise you were just quoting an interesting fact. Did you know that Leamington Spa is an anagram of "Signalman Poet"?

Sprog II needs a regulated 12v to 15v DC PSU; at least 500mA recommended.

Re: Dapols HST the wait is over, its here.

If you look in the 2011 catalogue (PDF version here: http://www.dapol.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=648&Itemid=112 ), there are a set of recommended DCC decoder symbols on the HST page. The symbols are decoded near the front of the catalogue. I have a Bachmann shrink-wr...

Dapol Virgin Mk3 roofs

I've just bought the Dapol Virgin HST book set, and at the same time some additional coaches to go with it.
