Further update: have spent some time today adding backscene boards. now that this is done I should be able to crack on with the scenery and hopefully things will start to take shape again... and the tmd/yard is slowly getting flatter and flatter...

The NRM van arrived today - and in preparation did a bit more work on the railway. Stuck the legs on my station roof, and did some more work on the levelling of the undulating tmd/yard and mainline. I think this is completely possible. metrocamel should be able to confirm, but as part of the "manyways" series they do tend to be nicely extendable/bashable.
