Re: Bromsgrove
We are intending to close the commercial part of the business on Friday 22nd March. (One reason is that I want to avoid getting involved in the new postal charges which come into effect next month.) Any orders received but not paid for by then will be cancelled. I intend retaining the rest of the we...

Re: Where to buy NCE PowerCab
Digitrains are the longest established DCC specialist supplier in the UK. Paul In fact we were established a few months before Digitrains, Paul, but I won't hold that against you! We were also the main outlet in the UK for NCE products, but as I am currently closing the business down (the retail pa...

Re: What cant you do with the Hornby Elite?
Hi FB. The quoted 2 HO \ OO or 4 N gauge is what it says on DCC Supplies site http://www.dccsupplies.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=24_111&products_id=487 and on Bromsgrove's when they used to sell NCE stuff. If retailers are stating that's what it delivers, then anyone who reads it would take...

Re: What cant you do with the Hornby Elite?
But, the downside with the Powercab is it only lets you run 2 or 3 trains before you have to spend hundreds more on further power boosters. Not true, I'm afraid! It is possible to increase the power input to the basic PowerCab with a more powerful power supply, such as the L11BQ from Maplins for ju...

Re: NCE PowerCab Upgrade (6 Stack Recall)
There are a number of other features of the upgrade apart from the increase in the recall stack. See http://www.bromsgrovemodels.co.uk/ncedccinfo.htm for more details.
Why don't you try Digitrains for your PowerCab? They have exemplary service.

As we run the business (and stock) down we are also changing the way we take payments, so this week (until the end of November) will be your last opportunity to order and pay for goods by credit/debit card as we are ending our contract with Streamline. We will continue to accept payment by BACS and ...
