Re: Hello and welcome to my Llangollen in 00

Good evening all. Sorry to bother you but what it is - I was meant to have finished my platform lighting ages ago but failed to come across any realistic GWR station lamps anywhere - even ones that don't light up and planned to scratch build instead. Some months have passed since, where upon I have ...

Re: Andrew's Layout

Hi Andrew- I would love to spend a bit more time here. In between work, nappy changing and fitting numerous loco's with dcc lights. I'll squeeze in what I can.[/quote] Just shifted some picks. I've had quite a busy time making 1x class 44 set, 10 x class 45, 1 x lima 47, 1 x lima 67 and previous one...

Re: Andrew's Layout

Morning Andrew, Nice job again! You'll have to tell me how to weather effectively- what colours, what goes where first e.t.c..... Regarding your salt job on the last pic, maybe sandpaper could be used then sprayed in layers to the required finish? Might be issues where the joins are.... Hello.....he...

Re: Southern Garage Layout

That's swish! Looking forward to your progress. I do like the curves and general flow of the lines, plus there's plenty of length which is always a welcome bonus. Nice to see a southern modern setting.
Keep it up!

Re: Hello and welcome to my Llangollen in 00

Hello good evening and welcome. I have believe it or not stopped driving noisy locos for a minute and made some scenic progress! Firstly a bit of tidying up of the grassy bits, then planting some fences on the west of the station (or is it north?) approach ramps. There is a miss match of style of fe...

Re: Hello and welcome to my Llangollen in 00

Hi all, what a lovely sunny day again! Here I have clip of 37 239 also fitted with Howes Unrefrb version class 37 chip. This clip shows the loco taking of on full tilt in a very short space indeed. No notching at all. Just pop your power to 40% on the controller and wehey! THRASH! There's much more ...
