How do you find the moulding process in general? Is it usually successful in terms of casting and removal?

Re: Underpass - A new HO layout

Coming along well. That final photo showing the loco by the pillar is great, the gravel with the dead grass is nice scenic work and detail. A bit more action going on (loading platforms etc) and this layout is going to have quite the sense of realism.

Re: New / Old - Little Weldon

Nicely done! And the sliding bolts neatly secure everything.
So what are we expecting to see in your new scenic section?. A castle grounds extension?

That station and platform is looking amazing! Definetely sweet with the signage and trolley. And on that curve is going to come up very well in place.

I love the RAC sign, that is cool!

Yes it is interesting revisiting kits when you have done a fair amount of scratch buiding. The simplicity is nice but sometimes lackof detail is disheartening.

Re: New / Old - Little Weldon

Just a thought, if you put hinges on that extension you could fold it down when you need it out the way.
Good to see some progress!

Great photos as always Dublo, and they convey how much fun you're having.
It would be grand to see an extension to your castle, I shall keep my fingers crossed!

I was completely taken back by your paintwork on the ratio coal office, those bricks are on point! I would love to hear your painting process. I have the wood version of that coal offi...

As for cuts in power overall I think to myself maybe the day will come where small batteries will become powerful enough that...
