The pictures on the Worsley Works website show a model built on the Farish 08 chassis, so I imagine that it would work!

Going back a while Bilteezi did produce a kit for a buildng that was sold as a factory or dairy. It's perhaps not up to the standards of today's models but may be worth considering, could be improved and is still available.
