NOCH themselves offer a fantastic glue for your purposes: the HOB-E-TAC Adhesive, art.no. 96160 . Noch do a dumper truck - it's number is 16753. Might need painting to match what you want though. That's in 00 - not sure whether they do N as well. Several sites list it.
