what you've done so far looks good, you should ge a lot of operational activity. also you pic of lizzie is with the LMS rake not the mk1s, you can tell this by the "red rose" boards on the sides Cheers for the comment Ollie, the layout was made to have a lot of operational activity! :wink...

Was down the club, both tuesday and thursday so was able to work on Buxton :). I was mainly planning out, stock clearances, length of trains e.c.t but was great just to see the layout coming together and picturing the trains running in and out. A few idea's as too what industries/buildings and sceni...

If you mean the cork, then it's ok to go ahead and ballast on top of it, once you've got all your track layed :wink:

I am very loosley basing the layout on Buxton, I have had to compromise on space, which means I cant really have the middle line. :)
