Seen the steel coils in SPA open wagons at Rotherham, wonder if it is down to the type of steel being carried?

Bit harsh on the Welsh government there

I thought WAG was a Welsh govt. aided train service, a subsidised working when Arriva wouldn't put it on normally.

Pity the UK government wouldn't do things like that for us in England.
