Re: HST at Dundee - 30/7/08
Yeah I heard that there was a few problems with the 225s, but the last time I heard it was still intact, although it can quickly change.

Re: HST at Dundee - 30/7/08
The HST was around for a few weeks until one of the power cars failed. Think there was a full set about a month ago but another power car failed. The 225 should still be in full rake now.davek wrote:Nicely captured - looks odd doesn't it?! Can't wait for a whole NXEC train!

Re: Metrocamel's Photographs
Probably correct about the BDAs, some could be reworked bogie bolsters that are usually used for the Hartlepool pipes. Odd to see the 66 here on this working as it usually goes via Tyne Yard and Stillington to Tees Yard for futher transport to Wales.

No problem, I'd forgotten about it anyway. Looks like it was an interesting day, wonder if they'll do another.

And I thought you said there wasn't much in Preston?
Will be passing through there in October, I might stay for a couple of hours to see what's happening.

It has one hell of a nice engine, there's a vid on you tube which shows it at its best.

Used on a variety of things, usually the Haverton Hill - Sellafield nuclear trains, but some locos are stabled there overnight. I think either the 20 or 37 was due to be used on a steam loco movement today.headshot119 wrote:Isn't the DRS stock something to do with stock training
