Working or not ,i dont want to pay more than £60 working and a lot less if not
if its working ,yes i can run in around round my layout if not it will form part of my scenery, if in average cosmetic condition thats ok i can slap some paint on

Without typing an essay what im trying to put across is i`ll use bullet points for this Compare hobbies ..............model railway to golf 2x rounds of golf at a good course near me = 1x class 47 ok i can still get a class 47 for £67 but 9 years ago the choice was more and cost was less ..............

I`m glad i started this hobby when i did

Its only been 9 years since i started the model railway hobby but the changes i`ve seen in this has been staggering.Ok Brexit and Covid 19 has been responsable for a lot .
I know prices go up and `you pays your money and takes your choice` but it is now i feel restricting any one starting this hobby

The set that was £34 a week ago is now £84 the Jouef set TGV has dropped by £4 :o :o

Had to go look at these and i was tempted, but i have not bought a loco or rolling stock for a good while now Hunting for bargains in this day and age takes time i think the only one i would replace new would be a Class 47 ,Deltic ,Mallard and FS oh and my American loco in the Rock Island line Liver...

this is a panorama of my loft layout it has changed a bit not much ......... i did get a gaugemaster 4 track box for my 60th last year :D
