Track Cleaner

Just bought a R296 track cleaning car from Catterick show for £10.00 thought it was to good to be true and it was, has no running blocks let alone abrasive strips anyone know if i can get the parts, checked with Hornby and can get strips, but no mention of runners

Anyone know how to make mini flowers for the layout cant find anything small enough in 00 apart from buying them are very expensive for what you actually get.

the train has hardly had any track time since new i did oil it before running but as i said the front wheels of the tender rise up slightly when coupled up it does'nt push the train enough.

Having problems with my Sir Nigel Gresley. tender driven wont push the train round the track, it seams when coupling up the tenders front wheels lift slightly, tried altering the coupler bogey with no effect any ideas. thanks

how long does it take for crystal clear silicone to cure so i can remove it off the wax paper and can i use the silicone to glue the fall in place.

Thanks to you both for replying to my plight i thought it strange that the wheels were fixed in place the motor in the tender would'nt last very long
