Thanks for the comments guys. The garage is a new build with insulated walls and roof so no problem with condensation or heat loss etc. Would appear that Plywood seems to be the material of choice. The 18mm is much the same price as 12mm anyway, so I reckon 18mm for the strength. My current track is...
