I prefer plastic models compared to card (my choice), I have seen some great models Faller and others I also like Skaledale resin but what I have not seen and looking for are plastic offices compliment various scenes for example breakers yards or lumber yards. Hi all,

Having a senior moment, before I moved house I built these houses and threw away what make they were, I want to buy some more and I cannot find them anywhere on the internet.

Suitable Curve

I am struggling to get a suitable curve on my new lay out, the length is not an issue but it is the width, my internal measurements are 1 mtr or exactly 39 inches, how can I achieve this so that the rolling stock goes round it without hitting the side walls.

Thanks so far, I am very surprised that there are no trains with Manchester livery details, it all appears to be central or southern signage, not wanting to be politically incorrect it looks like another north south divide, think I will have a word with Boris J

Even though I have travelled round a bit, I now live in Lincolnshire but my roots are still in the Greater Manchester area (Tameside). Some very interesting comments which I have taken onboard, just had a phone call from a mate in Cyprus who has a large layout, we got talking about this topic, he said he uses sewing machine oil, thoughts on that or is he trying to stitch me up :lol: , no seriously is he right.

I have a couple of Diesel locos that the wheel have become stuck, they do not move freely, I do not want to use WD40 what would you suggest.
